Rumors

Description

Expressing yourself and voicing your opinions to a large number of people has never been as easy as it is now. Increasingly, apps and social networks emerge and allow users to post content and communicate with a few clicks on the Internet. Many consider this to be an incredible innovation in human communication, contributing to increased freedom of expression.

However, you must be careful when creating or sharing content and expressing your opinion. Because they have no scientific basis or have not been confirmed to be true, certain statements can be harmful. These are called rumors. Before sharing, ask yourself: Is this information really true? Do not rely only on common sense. Check the source of the information – investigate and confirm.

Help fight rumors. Only share information if you are really sure of its veracity. When in doubt, do not share.
